Organizing what's inside the world's images.

We're solving how to identify products that appear inside images.
Discover what's inside images or see other users suggestions.
Anyone can now identify what's inside the worlds images.

Problem.

Confusion.
You see something that you love in an image. You don't know what is it.

You want to know what it is, where to buy it, whether it's good and how you can get it.

But you don't know how to do that, where you can do that or even if.
What to do?
You now start googling "red jeans" or "guy in red jeans" or probably most likely "i hate the web because i can't find jeans".

It's a problem millions of users face every day - they remain frustrated.

They internet has failed them.

Solution.

Empower the people.
We've stopped this frustrating problem by allowing anyone to ask & tag what's inside images & collaborate as a community.

Together we can solve it.

We've amased millions of products to help solve this problem.
Empower websites.
But the problem doesn't just exist for users.

Millions of websites wish they could identify products inside their images to assist their readers and gain income from products shown.

You guessed it - we're solving that too.

Problem

You find an image, you see an awesome pair of jeans or a cool bag.
But you don't know the brand, where to buy them or their cost.
Well someone, somewhere knows and should be able to help.
How to allow people to find out what a product is they are viewing ?
Users face the problem every day of not knowing what they see inside images.

Problem

Identifying a product inside an image is only half the problem.
Knowing who sells that product, what the brand is, will they like it, do their friends have it or is it any good? It gets confusing.
These are all questions that users still have when viewing an image.
What is it?
Where to buy it?
Is it good?
Friends have it?
But it doesn't simply stop at a pair of jeans in this image & that's a bigger problem.
What about the sunglasses? the jumper? the shoes? They all remain unknown.

Solution

CrowdSend solves this by using a patent-pending method of allowing users and website owners to discover & find products within images through collaboration. We allow anyone to ask what is inside an image and a community of users to help answer that. Discover, save, ask, follow, like, want and get deals from stores.

Why re-create the image web?

Why it matters.

The image web is broken. We are fixing it. Be part of it.
Here's some of our use cases for our technology.
Aggregation
  • Bookmarking & saving your favourite images is a great part of web. We're building on that block.
  • Liking images and categorizing them grows it's roots from scrapbooking in the ages of old - we love that.
  • Existing services allow you to bookmark and share images - we allow users to bookmark and share images with what's inside them. Take that Google.
Object Recognition
  • Identifying what's inside the world's images makes image discovery heaps more fun.
  • Discovering, tagging and giving life to what's inside images tells a better story.
  • Object recognition, SIFT, SURF and other algorithms still have a way to go. A really long way before they can tell you the pants you're wearing (you're wearing pants, right?).
Product Discovery
  • Discovering products within images is only part of the image journey. The whole is greater than the parts.
  • Organzing & collating all this data together is really what makes the process highly interesting.
  • Existing sites show images - even categorize them. But none allow users to collaborate and find what's inside images - that's our focus.
  • CrowdSend tackles this problem with our user process of collating what's inside images and making it relevant. We've solved confirming whether it's right.
Data & API's
  • There's a lot of data gathered throughout our processes that we are making extremely consumable for the web.
  • Aggregating the data around images is one thing - aggregating data around images and what's inside them - is the next level. Our API's are in the pipe for the world.
Purchasing Decisions
  • Tony Hsieh (we <3 you!) teaches us that Zappos is happy to help find customers the perfect shoes - no matter where they're from. We take the same approach with image content.
  • Some image sites talk about shopping and push offers in users faces. We too match products from a large range of partners already, but we're happy with whatever they do.
  • So - slapstick shopping in yo' face ? No. Helping our users find, detail, review and make a purchase decision - regardless of where it ultimately occurs. Yes.
Website Integration
  • Websites post billions more images than Facebook each and every day - they are an almighty force in the image sphere.
  • We enable websites to integrate & customise our technology to show products on any images that appear's on their websites from our growing list of partners.
  • What's absolutely unique however - is that both users & publishers can do this. Websites owners don't have to sit around tagging - they can allow their community to do it.
Awesome. Take me back.
